It is the worlds hardest achievement to get on Left 4 dead. Well...one of the hardest anyway. There are 5 special infected in the game aside from regular zombies. The Smoker, which drags you a good distance away from your team. The Hunter which will pounce on you and rip you to shreds. The boomer which vomits on you and summons a horde of zombies. The witch, she is avoidable but will pretty much kill you if you startle her. The Tank, a big arse mutha Frudgerator that will destroy you in a heart beat. Take him out as quickly and carefully as possible. For the "Nothing Special" Achievement, you must survive a 5 chapter campaign without being hit by any of them! O_O
